Patrick’s nonprofit career started in youth development where he served in a variety of roles from camp counselor to head age group coach to program director over 10+ years.  He served as a development director in a multi-state healthcare agency before pivoting his impact work to professional consulting. Today, Patrick serves as a trusted thought partner for leaders and has facilitated a variety of team building and leadership development experiences for for-profit and nonprofit entities of every size.  He loves helping leaders get clear about how to achieve their goals- helping them design systems and tools that set their teams up for success.
