For more than 25 years Cherisa has been helping teams and leaders navigate real-world challenges—like trust breakdowns, miscommunication, and competing priorities—through active, hands-on learning experiences. She is a Master Facilitator and Coach known for her humor, clarity, and strategic mindset. Cherisa brings a practical, people-centered approach to building culture and adapting to change across sectors including healthcare, tech, higher ed, and nonprofits. She has spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector working with displaced people, food insecure families, and as a career coach advising professionals who are underemployed or unemployed.

About Mo
Mo is an ICF certified leadership coach and facilitator with 20+ years of leadership experience. She helps people grow at every stage of their journey, from those just starting out to seasoned leaders of large teams, and does much of her coaching working with nonprofit leaders. Her focus is on making leadership practical—building skills, confidence, and connections so people can step into challenges with clarity and energy. As a former competitive skydiver, race car driver, and improv performer, Maureen knows that stepping outside our comfort zones sparks growth—an insight she brings into her work with leaders and teams to help them make a bigger impact.

Patrick’s nonprofit career started in youth development where he served in a variety of roles from camp counselor to head age group coach to program director over 10+ years. He served as a development director in a multi-state healthcare agency before pivoting his impact work to professional consulting. Today, Patrick serves as a trusted thought partner for leaders and has facilitated a variety of team building and leadership development experiences for for-profit and nonprofit entities of every size. He loves helping leaders get clear about how to achieve their goals- helping them design systems and tools that set their teams up for success.
